Wine Tasting at the Russiz Superiore winery in Capriva del Friuli (GO): the company covers 100 hectares of which 50 are cultivated in vineyards. The wines of Russiz Superiore are all part of the Collio controlled denomination of origin, just like Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Pinot Bianco, and one of the most important Cru of Collio, Collio Bianco Col Disore, one of the flagships of Roberto Felluga's production. The Balsamic Vinegar Experience takes place at the Acetaia Midolini in Manzano: a guided tour of the vinegar production facilities with explanations regarding the company’s history and the particular processing and natural ageing of the Friulan balsamic Asperum. Presentation and tasting at the table of the 3 types of Asperum dressing, differentiated by the varying years of natural maturation, from 5, 15 and 30 years; tasting of Asperum paired with local cheeses and chocolate and toast with DOC Friulan wines branded Rosacroce Midolini.
The chocolate experience takes place at the Bottega-Laboratorio Adelia Di Fant. A visit dedicated to chocolate lovers to discover new flavours through tasting Praline (also with grappa), Tavolette and Creme. The artisan workshop and the sales outlet are located in the historic centre of San Daniele del Friuli.
