In order to comply with articles of law 3.3 and 5 issued by the Italian Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure on the 8 th august 2003, before using the airfield it is mandatory to receive an approval from the airfield manager. To do so, is necessary to fill in the form PPR and wait for the response of the airfield manager with the permission to land. Any data collected in this form will be retained by us fora period of at least 5 years, and it will be forward to any national security authority and to ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) when requested by them. According with article 13 of privacy law EU 2016/679, AVRO srl assures that all data collected will be used only for the above-mentioned purpose.
The fire-fighting service is only provided at the request of interested parties with at least 24 hours’ notice. The request must be received only by email to info@avro.it no other form of request will be accepted.
The service shall only be considered insured after explicit confirmation by the airfield; the request alone does not constitute a guarantee of service.
